Bruxelles is one of those Dublin institutions that somehow manages to appeal to almost every punter - hairy, heavy metal fans, indie kids in skinny jeans, old codgers, students and tourists. The rockers and mods bars downstairs play a weird mix of tunes; upstairs is for those who just fancy a good pint and a chat. Although it needs a lick of paint, the place has pots of charm - and a useful outside seating area.
