You get two bars for the price of one here. On the ground floor, thick wooden ledges, ornate mirrors and darkly lit spaces provide an idea of what an old Irish pub must have looked like; take the stairs and it's as if Habitat's chief designer had been let loose with an unlimited budget. Despite its location in Temple Bar, Farrington's tends to be quieter than its neighbours - though you'll still get the ubiquitous Temple Bar hen-night pub crawlers popping in, along with inquisitive tourists.
