Time Out says

It’s a boon for film enthusiasts this month as the 16th edition of the EUFF brings forth 22 award-winning films from 18 European countries. A quick teaser on what’s in store: Oscar and Golden Globes nominee ‘Kon-Tiki’ (a true story of a young Nowergian Thor Heyerdahl who sailed the legendary voyage on his own); ‘The Wall’ (adapted from Marlen Haushofer’s eponymous best-selling novel about an isolated woman who suddenly discovers an invisible wall surrounding the countryside); and last but not least, the much-lauded, Academy Award winner for Best Foreign Language Film ‘Ida’ (which tells the story of 18-year-old, Anna, who has to decide between her birth identity and the religion that saved her from the massacres of the Nazi occupation in Poland).

It’s not going to be all drama at the festival – the EUFF will also feature a selection of films from genres such as romance, comedy, horror and critically acclaimed documentaries. If you’ve spent most of your money on popcorn (tsk), watch the ‘The Chair of Happiness’ and ‘Only When I Dance’ for free.
