Devoted fans applaud Maria’s Café's simple but well-executed steak (Wagyu and Black Angus are par for the course here) and comforting, rustic food. The original Maria’s Cafe first opened in Ipoh, and its popularity led to a PJ outlet where the Tan family ply the same formula of simple and enjoyable dishes. Steaks are charbroiled and served without excessive sauce or embellishment to highlight the natural flavour of the meat.
