Time Out says

Here's a truly Merdeka dish that's bound to give you a patriotic high. Cantaloupe's Merdeka durian dessert comprises a sphere, mousse and paste made from the creamy flesh of D24 durian, accompanied by dehydrated chocolate sponge, hazelnut and almond nibs, and a feuille de brick. You can get the robust durian affair by adding RM40++ with any five, eight or ten-course menu selection. The limited edition dish is only available until Aug 31.
