Hari Unesco Malaysia 2015

Togetherness is the theme for the fifth Hari UNESCO Malaysia. Be inspired by cultural performances featuring the gamelan, gendang nusantara, cak lempong and more, and dust the chalk off your hands after joining the chalk art competition. Other highlights include a Buku Fixi book launch and forum, crowd-sourced art installations and a treasure hunt in the heritage buildings of KL. Don’t miss the Cambodia-Malaysia puppetry exchange performance and the ASEAN puppetry conference featuring Sbek Thom of Cambodia, specialists of large-scale shadow puppetry.
