See sculptures, paintings, photographs and drawings from one of the 20th century "giants" of America's art history, known for exploring how people engage with the world around them. The exhibition—the most comprehensive retrospective yet of Artschwager's work—will highlight the artists' artist's contributions to Pop, Minimalism and Conceptual art, but ultimately prove how he transcended all categorization. Hammer will also host a talk about his work with contemporaries John Baldessari and Ed Ruscha on June 23—a fitting tribute to Artschwager's passing in February. Check the website for more details.
