Absinthe at Acabar

Acabar isn't just doling out absinthe specials on National Absinthe Day (March 5, in case you forgot to scribble that in your drinking calendar). They're celebrating the liquor all month—every day until March 28—with three special absinthe cocktails mixed especially for the occasion. The Last Resort ($12), the Sazerac ($10) and the Mean Green Fairy ($12) will be available to order during business hours, but make sure to come during happy hour (6-8pm), when each cocktail is only $7.
