SpectreFest: Gremlins

It's hard to believe, but it's been 30 years since the release of the Steven Spielberg-produced Gremlins, director Joe Dante's horror comedy about the cuddly creatures with creepy big ears and hip hop swagger. Phoebe Cates stars as Kate in the 1984 flick that put Corey Feldman on the map. The Cinefamily's pre-Halloween anniversary screening is a must for nostalgic fans. Dante himself will be on hand to present the only 35mm print of the film's "Preview Cut." Also on the bill is a panel on "The History of PG13." Advance ticket sales for the special event are sold out online.
