Culinary Masters: A Night Of Champagne and Caviar

Join the Strand House for their second Culinary Masters Series dinner of the year with beachside caviar and bubbly. In-house chef Greg Hozinsky, joined by toques Alain Giraud (Maison Giraud) and Neal Fraser (BLD), will whip up a five-course menu featuring four specialty caviars and champagne pairings. Luxe menu items include lobster crespella topped with lobster Hollandaise and an Atlantic fluke served with sunchoke purée, braised endive and a rich caviar nage. Rounding out the decadent dinner is a full cheese course.
