KCRW Pie Demo with Evan Kleiman and David LeFevre

There's nothing more American than a slice of hand crafted pie, paired with a dollop of healthy competition. KCRW radio station brings a little taste of pie heaven to our tastebuds in the upcoming Pie Demo event at the New School of Cooking. Pastry chefs Evan Kleiman and David LeFevre will demonstrate two savory pie favorites—a New England Clam Chowder Dumpling Pie and a "Quick and Easy" pie with jam and cheese. Enjoy fine wine pairings with tasty desserts provided by Coolhaus, as well as freshly brewed Stumptown Coffee. All proceeds support the upcoming 6th Annual Good Food Pie Contest on Oct. 5.
