New to these LA streets—3rd Street between La Cienega and Robertson, to be exact—this New York transplant is schooling Angelenos on mille crepe cakes. Over 20 (not 1,000 like the French name suggests) paper-thin crepes are layered between light pastry cream and a lightly caramelized top for Lady M's signature top-seller. Stop in-store for a taste of the original and green tea (and order up a coffee of Stumptown coffee), or call two days ahead for your very own order nine-inch cake in citrus, coconut, strawberry and other seasonal favors. With a hefty $75 price tag ($40 for the smaller six-inch), we'd happily eat lentils for the rest of the week for a slice of heaven.
