See's Candies

The East Coast may have its claim to ever-changing seasons, but we've got See's (oh yeah, and perfect weather, but we're focusing on the chocolate right now). As an L.A. institution—Charles See opened the first chocolate shop on Western Avenue—See's has been contributing to the sugar habits of Angelenos since 1921. Today, there are over 200 chocolate shops across the country, but the flaship store (and factory) sits on our very own La Cienega Boulevard in Culver City.
