Time Out says
To kick off the beginning of Passover, Suzanne Tracht of Jar will be putting out a modern spin on traditional staples. Instead of a typical seder plate, the menu will feature chopped liver, potato pancakes and a wonderous salmon that has been cured in-house. Rabbi Susan Goldberg will oversee the festivities and Passover wines and a dessert plate (of macaroons, chocolate eminence and lemon cheeseback) are guaranteed to make it a true night of remembrance.
