Don Felix Restaurant serves generous portions of seafood and Peruvian specialties in East Hollywood. Sit down to aji de huacatay (green spicy sauce) with bread and butter while you look at the menu. Then treat yourself to a variety of ceviche appetizers, made with fish, shrimp, octopus, squid or a combination of seafood types. Broiled and boiled potatoes topped with Peruvian sauces round out the appetizer menu. Entrees include an array of beef, chicken, fish and fried rice dishes, along with spaghetti served with sauteed seafood. The beef lomo saltado comes highly recommended. Although Don Felix has no kids' menu, tallarin saltado (spaghetti mixed with beef strips) is a popular dish for children.
