We use organic, natural and locally sourced products as available, offer the best of German beers on tap, and serve delicious German wines, which have been imported from family wineries throughout Germany. Jeanette's Edelweiss specialties include traditional and artfully crafted German fare, as well as uniquely delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes…all prepared with fresh, locally grown ingredients. Jeanette's Edelweiss is led by the renowned German Chef Kurt Ehrlich, who has decades of experience. His culinary career included serving as the Executive Chef at Germany's leading luxury hotels, the Breitenbacher Hof, the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York and having cooked for Hollywood celebrities and politicians, including Presidents Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan.
