Chef AC Boral is taking his Filipino pop-up concept "Rice & Shine" to Escala on January 10th for a one-time brunch bonanza, supplemented by DJ Erok spinning hip hop beats on the 1's and 2's. Adobo fried chicken, Maja Blanca pancakes and Longganisa Scotch eggs are all on the menu, along with drinks like Kape Espesyal (coconut cream, coffee, Milo chocolate mix and dark rum) and Drunk Sago (Filipino tapioca pearls, molasses, amaretto and dark rum).
