With 14 nationwide outposts to its name, the NYC-based shop is more like a household brand name—but it’s hardly old hat. Case in point: The new, 3,700-square-foot boutique houses a new spate of designer labels, such as Missoni, Helmut Lang and Alice & Olivia for women and Billy Reid and Dsquared for men.
Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, the second West Coast location (its sister store sits across from the Brentwood Country Mart) debuts as a holiday shop stocked with the latest clothes, shoes, bags and baubles to gift your trend-setting friends. In early 2013, the boutique will close for renovations and reopen in the spring as a permanent (and much-needed) Scoop NYC location, a bit closer to Eastside hipsters.
