Midnight Mission's Christmas Day Brunch and Santa's Village

Downtown LA’s Midnight Mission, one of the best-run organizations of its kind, hosts its annual Christmas Day Brunch on Skid Row—and it kicks off its 100th year of service. The charity welcomes thousands of LA's neediest to a hearty holiday meal as hundreds of volunteers serve brunch at its headquarters (601 San Pedro St). In addition, Santa Claus and his helpers will be granting Christmas wishes to impoverished children as they can select toys of their choice at Santa's Village.
