Fabrik is a converted warehouse kitted out with a dazzling array of disco surprises: a 60kw sound system; a huge outdoor terrace complete with a fake river and two covered dancefloors; and, in the main arena, a vertical and horizontal megatron to shoot freezing nitrogen into the crowd. The monthly Sunday session Goa is the highlight (see www.tripfamily.com for info). It's a bit of a schlep to get here, but well worth the taxi fare.
