Find out what you need to do to submit your event for listing with Time Out Madrid

IF YOU WANT TO BE LISTED on the Time Out Madrid website, submit information about your event by email (see below). When you submit your listing, please make sure to include the following:

• Name of event
• Event dates and times
• Event prices
• Name of venue
• Venue address
• Telephone number(s)
• Website (if available)
• List of artists on the bill, from headliner to opener (when applicable)
• A brief description of the event
• At least one web-ready image (preferably JPEG, without text, horizontal, less than 1MB)

The deadline is ten working days before the event. You do not have to pay a fee to be listed. Submitting a listing does not guarantee inclusion.
