Under Italian, ownership, this fabulous gelatería serves the best ice-cream in the city and probably the whole of Spain. Twelve flavours (which rotate daily) are created in a back room, as are fresh panini, focaccia and sublime tiramisu, which complements the excellent Italian coffee. Enthusiastic staff will guide you through, insisting that you try the ambrosial vanilla, the zingy zabaglione, and in winter the helado de panettone.
