Don't get freaked out if the door is locked! These products are expensive enough that the owner, in an unmistakable Spanish manner, risks alienating one or two bargain hunting tourists by locking the front door during opening hours and only opening if he spots someone on the outside looking like clients. Service for the rest is friendly and discrete. I bought a 35 euro tile...
