Video games have become more than just entertainment for both adults and children. Today, they form a powerful industry that ignites passions worldwide, featuring events that draw millions of spectators both in person and online.

One of the most significant events will take place from March 14th to 24th at Madrid Arena. Spain's capital will host VALORANT Masters Madrid, one of the most thrilling tournaments of the popular tactical shooter by Riot Games, invested in by Spanish titans of digital entertainment like TheGrefg, Ibai Llanos, and Gerard Piqué. Madrid thus takes over from Tokyo, the previous host of this adrenaline-filled event, in a championship that will be streamed worldwide.

All eyes will be on Team Heretics, the Spanish team qualified for this tournament, competing against the world's top 7 teams. Team Heretics, consisting of five young players aged between 18 and 26, will face off against France's Karmine Corp, Brazil's LOUD, the U.S.'s Sentinels, as well as Korea's Gen G, Singapore-based Paper Rex, and the Chinese teams Edward Gaming and Funplus Phoenix. The excitement is guaranteed.

Beyond the competition, the event will be saturated with spectacle. VALORANT Masters Madrid will be a grand celebration with music, 'showmatches', and endless surprises. Additionally, there will be 'Meet & Greets' with the community's favorite content creators, 'cosplayers', games, giveaways, a store with exclusive merchandise, and the anticipated 'showmatch' between a team of renowned Spanish content creators and another team of influencers from around the world.

The event will also feature a special attraction: two musical 'walk-ons' that will immerse VALORANT fans in Spanish culture. Originally created by the VALORANT Music studio together with Madrid artist Spreadlof (2-time Latin Grammy winner), fans will enjoy the theme 'Míranos' to set the event's ambiance. María-Lea, a flamenco singer from Córdoba, and Seville's DnB composer 'Wiguez' will conclude the final day with their track 'Nunca'.
