Green fragrant olive oil in attractively shaped bottles (or large-capacity cans, for the hopeless addicts) and tubs of fresh, succulent olives are the main attractions at this lip-smacking boutique next to the Opéra. A restored 19th-century mill is used to grind the olives, and all gradations of oil are sold, from the bog standard to the seriously special. Soaps and wooden tableware are also manufactured and sold by the Alziari workforce.
