Újezd review

In its earlier incarnation as Borát, this three-storey madhouse was an important venue for the alternative music crowd. Today, with a young Czech crowd in dreads and a thick, smoky atmosphere, Ujezd is home to some loud, badly amplified Czech rock music, with battered wooden chairs in the café upstairs and shouted conversation in the bar below. Despite it all, it's not a jot less popular.
