Join the first ever surf contest located at Big Milly's Backyard, Kokrobite, Accra. Hosted by Surf Star Ghana and Mr Brights Surf School. It will be a fun two day surf contest for local and foreign surfers of Ghana.
The event falls on International Surfing Day, which is celebrated by surfing communities around the world to bring communities together to celebrate surfing and other ocean activities, while increasing awareness and educating the public about the need to protect our oceans.
There will be events for locals and foreigners, with the big contest for local surfers of Ghana.
Free entry for all and this event is open to all surfers regardless of their level. During the event we will also hold a beach clean up.
A barbecue and tunes will add to the atmosphere, so come along and celebrate Accra's surf culture.
