Formerly and still affectionately known as Cafe San Bernaro, this is a strangely cool world where the lines between cafe, bar and shabby school gymnasium blur bizzarely. Old-man's haunt by day, youthful ping-pong enthusiasts' buzzing hangout by night, the fun and games here last round the billiard-ball inspired clock. Be warned: this is no place for a quick one; cross the threshold only if you have several hours to spare.

Five of the pool tables are decent. Four others, not so much. I have only been there during the day. Avoid 11:30am to 12:30 pm when large groups of young teens come in during lunch period. they are loud and have NO CLUE how to shoot pool. After they leave it is fairly quiet and a good place to shoot. They charge around 4 dollars US per hour and the food and drinks are reasonable. Quite a few older gents playing cards which adds to the atmosphere. It works for me.
