The Godfather trilogy may have kept you up at night, but at Francis Ford Coppola's Palermo pad you are guaranteed nothing but rest and relaxation. The inconspicuous property is composed of two independent sections built around the jardín escondido (hidden garden) that inspired the hotel's name.
The house can be rented in its entirety or by sector, and very occasionally, by room. There's a compact studio and six double bedrooms, all tastefully decorated and named after members of the Coppola family. Despite its location in the bosom of trendy Palermo, there's little need to venture beyond the front door during your stay: concierge Martín can arrange for an asador to come fire up the parrilla and make you a barbecue you'll never forget, or get some top-notch takeaway and watch one of the 150 DVDs in Coppola's collection.
