I rented an apartment with them and everything went better than expected. All time they were available to attend the concerns I had. It was not only the apartment but the extra services that they offered. I will continue using their services on my future trips. Flawless.

They are a bait and switch operation who takes no responsibility for their mistakes. After Olivia pushed an apartment on us for weeks knowing our dates. She then said we had to stay a minimum amount of 7 days in order to book it when she fully was aware of our dates only being three nights. Her manager Marina did nothing to rectify the situation deflecting blame and not taking any responsibility either. Their are much better options and the SAME apartments for less money because believe me you are not paying extra for any kind of hospitality service.

There was an unexpected wait for the property we wanted, so Oasis let us stay here for a couple days until it was ready. We definitely weren't complaining, as this was a very luxurious room in itself. There was a big queen-sized bed big enough for my husband and I to sleep comfortably, and there was a big desk space where we could also work together side-by-side without being in each other's way, which is very important to us as we were here for work. The bathroom was very nice and modern, and we really didn't have a complaint about the room itself. The Clubhouse can be a little noisy at times, but Oasis does supply you with earplugs for those nights you want to get to sleep early and the Clubhouse members are being a little noisy in the back yard. Staying here we also were permitted to access the bar and the rest of the private social club, which was a luxury in itself. The bartender was great, and the staff was friendly.

Recently stayed at one of the Oasis Collections Rentals and absolutely loved it! The apartment we rented was a really great place to stay for my 8 month assignment for work. There was ample room for my wife to come and stay with me comfortably, and the apartment was really impressive. The closets were big, the bathtubs were comfortable to relax in after a long day at the office, and the fireplaces kept us warm during the colder months. I'd have to say one of my favorite parts about it though was the view. Honestly, my one complaint is that the living room furniture wasn't the most comfortable in the world, but that's probably just a personal preference, and the rest of the apartment really made up for it.

Thoroughly disappointed in this company! Rented and apartment in Buenos Aires (Recoleta - Callao&Las Heras) for 30 days (Dec.-Jan. 2011). We arrived to old food in the fridge, someone else's personal grooming products in the shower (including a half-used bar of soap), and a cupboard full of stale food leftover from the previous sucker I presume. The power went out the day after we arrived. From that day on the air conditioning unit in the main living space ceased to function properly. Not very pleasant in 90°-100° humid weather. The backlit patio lights also ceased to work. Our time spent out there at night was completely in the dark. On more than a few occasions we woke up to sudsy liquid spilling out of the bathroom floor drain and into the hallway near the entry door. Someone had used a flimsy plastic bag to seal a gap in one of the sliding glass doors. There was water damage on the lower walls around the living area. Should I go on? The "luxury" apartment we thought we rented turned out to be a slum, and paid a premium price for it. NEVER again will we rent from Oasis BA.
