There are nice, whimsical touches in the decor and amenities of this youth hostel-turned-boutique hotel, such as cordless phones and DVD players. In three of the suites, you can pull open wooden shutter doors on to a balcony overlooking the leafy street below. There's a lively downstairs bar where breakfast is also served, and an upstairs terrace, suitable for watching the sun go down.
