Pura Tierra review Rate it

The starters and puddings are the highlights here. Kick things off with some mollejas and caramelised red onions, drizzled with a light syrup of sugarcane honey, lime and thyme. Then try the wonderfully tender rabbit, seasoned with fennel, lemon and almonds, accompanied with sweet potatoes and a tomato and garlic confit.
