This pocket-sized bar is well off the main San Telmo tourist drag, making it a bit of a find we're rather proud of. With it's black and white tiled floors, antique counter, cluttered wooden tables and soft, turn-of-the-century lighting, it feels like some late-night hangout in post-war Roma - you half expect Marcello Mastoianni to scoot up on a vespa and start flirting with the punters.

Good food for little money, and hillariously grumpy waiter who suits the place very well. Got to love both him and the resturant.
