Feeling guilty after a week-long gorgefest of chorizo and fried cheese? There's hardly a finer locale for detoxifying than this hip organic bistro. Start your atonement with a steaming pot of green tea and complimentary chunks of heart-healthy brown bread, then choose an entrée suited to the season: quinoa risotto with seasonal vegetables and goat's cheese, tofu in a mustard reduction, and mushroom-topped bruschetta are just a few specialties of the house.

The restaurant is now closed. I agree with the previous one star however. Compared to other vegetarian restaurants the food was very tasteless and the service staff always seemed agitated or not liking their job. Silver on Guatemala or Buenos Aires Verde are good bets for those who are not meat eaters.

We went to BIO on this sites recommedation. Aweful food. Bland, no flavour.
I ordered a salad & veg risoto. I got a plate with wilted green lettuce leaves. No onion-Tomato-Olives. Nada just lettuce & an insipid dressing. the risoto was crap.
Zero flavour. Dull as dishwater & presented like a dogs breakfeast. This was one of the worst meals in my life. If you want to eat amazing veggie in BA go to Hierbabuena, located in Av Caseros 454 san telmo. This place know how to create outstanding food.
