If your aim is simply to take on the 60-plus vodka shots on offer - and that number fails to take account of the ample and original cocktail list (dill martini, anyone?) - well, you would be doing an injustice to Olsen's fabulous cured meat and fish menu. Lunchtime snacks include a modern Scandinavian smørrebord comprising smoked salmon, trout and blinis, while dinner delicacies of red tuna (nigh on impossible to get hold of in BA), slow-cooked lamb and smoked pork should keep you off the jet-black vodka-and-tonics at least until dessert. Enjoy Naum Knop's sculptures in the decked outdoor lounge over, you guessed it, a vodka shot, to the splish-splash of a relaxing water feature. Such a cool place, even the ivy hangs stylishly down the wall.
