Sommelier Nigel Tollerman, who works closely with the folk at Francis Ford Coppola's Jardín Escondido hotel offers a delivery service (orders within the city are delivered in under an hour) as well as tailored tasting sessions that include picadas (selections of cheeses and cold cuts).
