Situated in the Allegro Hotel, which itself is situated right next to the Palace Theater, Encore attracts a clientele of tourists, more tourists and theater fans. Settle into one of the booths and you should be able to suss out who falls into which category. That is, until you start in on one of their strong, neon-hued martinis.
