t’s open for lunch, has a chef and pushes an ambitious cocktail program. But who is Estate Ultra Bar trying to kid? This is a club, and it will live or die not by its food (though for a guilty pleasure, try the lobster mac and cheese with Goldfish crust) nor its rock-candy-sweet drinks. It all comes down to the space, and this place is betting its marbles that a rooftop, riverside terrace and sparkly skyline views will bring weekend throngs to the (relative) middle of nowhere.
