Most of the guys who go to this sporty, sceney homage to stainless steel don’t seem to care what the food tastes like—it’s more of a babes and beer thing for them. But if they’d pay attention, they’d find that most of the menu is much better than the chewy, cardboardish pizzas. As counter-intuitive as it may seem, the antibar food is where the gems are, like the mildly spicy braised lamb lettuce wraps and the perfectly golden roasted chicken.
