Chicago's most expensive home listing, a sprawling seven-bedroom, 20,000-square-foot manor on Lincoln Park's ritzy Burling Street, finally found a buyer this week. The sale is now listed as contingent, meaning the final selling price is pending. If it closes at its listed $18.75 million, it will top the record-breaking $17 million that the 89th-floor penthouse at the Trump Tower fetched last December.

The home has been on the market for a little more than a year and is nothing short of jaw-dropping. It occupies five city lots and has a separate two-bedroom guesthouse, a six-car garage, an indoor pool and spa, a home theater and an amazing view of the skyline.

Check out some photos of the place while you think about what you would do for $18.75 million.
