Frank Lloyd Wright home in Beverly hits the market at $750k

A fully renovated Frank Lloyd Wright home in Beverly was listed this week for $749,900. Referred to as the H. Howard Hyde House, the place has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a lovely back patio and yard. The home dates back to 1917, and its recent renovations have aimed to bring back much of its original beauty.

There are only two other Wright homes for sale within the city limits—the rest are scattered throughout nearby suburbs. The price for the home isn't exactly cheap, but considering that it's in Beverly and has an iconic Prairie School feel to it, it seems like a bit of a steal.
