The urban Italian food served here ranks a notch above standard spaghetti-house fare. Panzanella Toscana, though presented more like a bruschetta than the true bread salad, is juicy and balanced. Pastas, including an admirably clammy version of linguine alla vongole, are served properly al dente and generously sauced. You’ll never see pesto mashed potatoes in Italy, but they sure taste fine sitting next to a chicken breast adorned with smoky mozzarella, bacon and tomatoes.
