Da Lobsta

The menu of this new Gold Coast spot consists of a half-dozen varieties of lobster rolls (we like the spare traditional roll, which preserves the fresh, celery salt–seasoned lobster by applying a touch of tarragon mayo only to the bun), traif chopped salads (lobster, crab and shrimp) and three different combinations of lobster and cheese (mac and cheese, grilled cheese and spinach dip). Somewhere, the former tenant of this space, Ashkenaz Deli, is rolling over in its grave.
