This quick-serve spot trades in build-your-own salads, plates and wraps served with a dash of Greek pride. Choose your vessel, then your filling (well-seasoned spit-fired chicken, lamb-and-beef gyros, spicy greek loukaniko sausage) and toppings (hummus, crumbled feta, kalamata olives).
