This tiny Joy Yee outpost—definitely the smallest of the pan-Asian chain—is, as the moniker suggests, built for carryout. But the mod room includes a few tables and chairs, too. That means you can sit with a pile of fried chicken wings, a bowl of udon noodles or anything else from the obscenely comprehensive menu. But if you do, be warned of two things: The food is fine and filling, but very mildly spiced. And a line of people waiting for thick avocado-tapioca shakes will invade your personal space—and most of them have strollers to boot.
