Chef-owner Stefano Roman serves up classic Italian fare here, from pizza rusticas—red or white—to fresh pastas like a papardelle with house-made Italian sausage and sautéed mushrooms. You can’t go wrong with a classic margherita pizza, where the simple ingredients truly shine. But if it’s toppings you crave, the Diavola with spicy sopressata and honey might be more your style.
