Expanding on the original, this second location of Matt Matros’s haven of quick-serve, high-protein eats offers raw juices, such as the G4, made with cucumber, celery, cilantro and lime. The rest of the menu is made of the health-conscious fare that turned young and attractive Loop suits into devoted fans: enormous salads with ingredients like black beans and avocado, filling “bar-ritos” made with quinoa instead of rice, and blended drinks with whey, soy or egg protein powder to provide an early-morning or after-lunch boost.
