If Colombian restaurants are only as good as the music they play, this corner spot has a chance at greatness: On Fridays and Saturdays, expert guitar stylings come from a live band in the back of the restaurant. Empanadas filled with tender steak make a good nosh for watching the band (especially if you put some chimichurri on them), and so does the sobrebarriga a la criolla, which is more of that grilled steak flanked by sweet plantains.
