Marc by Marc Jacobs (CLOSED)

It was the store opening we'd been waiting more than a year for, and at the beginning of 2008, Marc finally made his, uh, mark in Bucktown. His first store in Chicago (all 4,000 square feet of it) is packed full with MJ goodies including $28 rubber boots a la Hunter Wellington's, $78 jeans and $30 ties. Plus, there's a variety of books, T-shirts, dresses and items from Jacobs's Stinky Rat line.
