Fittingly, McCormick Place, the largest convention center in North America, hosts the largest gathering of book industry pros in North America. Publishers from across the world convene in the city to share their books, find out about up-and-coming authors and explore new trends in books over the course of three days. Though mainly for those in the publishing industry, the biggest of bookworms can find those of their ilk attending a host of conferences, nabbing a few author autographs or previewing new titles to be released this year.
